I wanted to upgrade my coverage, she helped me breakdown each option and how it would overall affect me throughout the next 6mos of my policy, answered all my questions with so much patience. She made the necessary adjustments, which took affect right away. I usually pay in full in 6mos increments and after the updates, I now have a small balance, she told me to look out for my new invoice and new cards reflecting the new changes and to pay when ready or by the due date. I have been in 2 accidents since being with State farm and neither were my fault and I will say that my experience with State farm has NOT been to pleasant and so far but yet evthough the Accident's were not my fault, My insurance still goes up."
